The Universe has allowed me to manifest & find this one bedroom/one bath condo that sleeps 4 in a quiet 34 unit 2 story complex only 2 blocks from the ocean.....unit #25 Beach Bum.
Guests also have access to a beach wagon, stuffed ocean toys, sidewalk chalk, dvds for adult & children and has cable & internet/wifi provided. My intention is to have the space be very "family" friendly. Families come in all shapes, sizes & challlenges....all are welcomed at Beach Bum.
The complex offers credut card operated laundy onsite & NO PETS are allowed. Beach Cart parking is allowed. Winter Texan rental available for max of 30 days.
Port A Beach Lodge built in 1969 also has a bar & restaurant at the end of the 2 block walk to the beach that serves all 3 meals & wine/beer/see Port A Beach Lodge & their FB page.
The city community pool is open year round & heated in the winter to 85 degrees for our winter texans....water slides, kids play area, lap swimming area & water exercise classes available at low costs less than 2 miles from Beach Bum.
For art lovers check out the Art Center/on Allister (across from Pete's Seafood for the best fresh caught shrimp & fish) where local artists & winter texans have their art for sale.
Besides being a relaxed beach community with fresh seafood, a ferry ride, shelling on a private island...Corpus Christi is abt a 20 min drive away & has an international airport. The area is known for great bird watching & sea turtles nesting/laying eggs on public beach areas. Also on Padre Island is the National Seashore Park
